Know the 1MR Side Effects
Any food or supplement with caffeine can have a negative impact on the body, and 1MR side effects can be more pronounced than what most users experience from other preworkout supplements.
1MR packs a wallop of a punch. It hits you with 300mg of caffeine with just one scoop – that’s almost equivalent to three cups of coffee! And it hits you fast, with some users experiencing crazy energy within just 5 to 15 minutes of ingestion.
1MR side effects on workout performance
Going to weekend workouts can be difficult. On some days, you even have to drag yourself to put on your running shoes. 1MR is the perfect workout supplement to combat complacency and laziness.
Out of the 15 active ingredients in 1MR, seven are stimulants. You may not see significant increases in muscle strength and mass but, boy oh boy, will you experience remarkable motivation and energy as you bust through those treadmills and weights.
Unwanted 1MR side effects
1MR can cause jitters, headaches, nervousness, irritability, insomnia, and elevated heartbeat and blood pressure – typical side effects of caffeine. Because 1MR produces strong, sustained levels of energy, many users are having trouble sleeping even after fatigue sets in.
Caffeine is safe for most people but individuals who are hypersensitive should probably avoid 1MR.
How to prevent 1MR side effects
Because it is an extremely potent stimulating supplement, 1MR should only be consumed on training days. Start with half a scoop of 1MR if this is your first time taking the supplement. Remember, a scoop contains 300mg of caffeine – the maximum daily limit a healthy adult can consume – so never take more than a scoop per day.
Do not take 1MR within 5 hours of bedtime to prevent disruptions to sleep.
1MR should not be taken for more than 8 weeks.
If you are stacking 1MR with an L-glutamine powder supplement, limit it to less than 10 grams per day.
1MR should not be taken with coffee, tea, soft drink, and dietary supplements or medications that contain caffeine, synephrine or phenylephrine. Do not stack 1MR with fat burners that are high in stimulants.
Before using 1MR, consult your physician if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication such as MAOI inhibitors, antidepressants, aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or products containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, and pseudoephedrine.
You should also seek medical advice before using 1MR if you are suffering from psychiatric or epileptic disorders, diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, recurrent headaches, glaucoma, or heart, liver, kidney, prostate, and thyroid disease to prevent 1MR side effects.
