What are the 1MR Ingredients?
Analyzing 1MR ingredients can be tricky. First, the powder mix and the tablets have different compositions, and second, there’s no telling how much of which ingredient you are actually getting from each serving.
The laundry list of 1MR ingredients include L-Arginine Alpha Ketogluterate, L-Taurine, L-Tyrosine, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, Caffeine, Creatine Monohydrate, Caffeine Anhydrous, Guarana, Gamma Aminobutyric Acid (GABA), Yerba Mate, 1,3 Dimethylamylamine, Schizandra A, Niacin, Grape Seed Extract, Vitamin C, and Red Wine Extract.
1MR powder drinks also contain Beta Alanine, Maltodextrin, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Acesulfame-K, Citric Acid, Sucralose, and Artificial Coloring.
L-Leucine, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Croscarmellose Sodium, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Titanium Dioxide, Tiacetin and Talc are included in 1MR tablets.
1MR ingredients: powder over pill
Looking at the published 1MR ingredients, the tablets are clearly outclassed by the powder drink. Beta alanine is almost a staple in any pre-workout supplement because of its proven benefits on stamina and endurance, and 1MR has left out this crucial ingredient in its pills.
1MR pre-workout drinks also contain 50mg more caffeine than their pill counterparts. Although 250mg of caffeine in each 1MR pill stack is more than enough to get you pumped in the gym, it is yet another indication of the superiority of 1MR powders over 1MR tablets.
1MR ingredients dosage
BPI Sports markets 1MR as the most potent pre-workout supplement out there because of its ultra-concentrated scoop, but seriously, how much of these supposedly potent ingredients can one get out of a 5.5-gram serving?
You need 3 to 6 grams of creatine daily to see significant size and mass results. 1MR, however, only contains 500mg of creatine per scoop – which means you’ll have to take 6 scoops of 1MR each day for its creatine content to have any positive impact on your bodybuilding efforts.
What 1MR has in abundance are energy-boosting ingredients. In fact, 7 out of the 15 active ingredients in 1MR are stimulants. Each 1MR scoop packs a whopping 300mg of caffeine, which is the maximum amount an adult can tolerate in one day without going into overdrive. Caffeine is good for focus and energy but it doesn’t help at all in building big, strong, lean muscles.
1MR is clearly lacking in important muscle-building compounds such as creatine and amino acids. But if all you’re looking for is a powerful stimulant to keep you going, then 1MR ingredients are sure to light a fire under you during training days.
